چکیده
Abstract. Traditional shrimp farming systems are generally susceptible to disease outbreaks, resulting in low productivity. However, the application of technology can reduce these risks. This study aims calculate production and examine pond water quality vannamei culture by applying semi-intensive, intensive, super-intensive through direct measurements field observations. The results showed that highest productivity was produced ponds at 5.4 kg/m2, intensive 2,325 semi-intensive 0.575 kg/m2. salinity ranged from 30.8 ppt 35.1 ppt, 29.2 31.9 30.9 34.2 ppt. temperature ranges 26.7 28.5°C for culture, 25.9 28°C farming, 27.8 29.3°C farming. pH system is 7.9-8.3, 7.7-8.6, 7.7-8.2. Dissolved oxygen levels range 4.0 5.9 ppm 3.0 3.6 3.2 Therefore, it be concluded higher applied, ponds' Meanwhile, differences do not impact changes quality.

The present study was conducted to evaluate some of the physic-chemical parameters(Temperature, pH, Salinity, Dissolved Oxygen, nitrite, Hardness, Nitrite- Nitrogen, Ammonia , Transparency and clorophyll a) affecting the growth of Western Pacific shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) in 9 semi-intensive shrimp ponds (at the 3 farms) During a one period culture (six month) at villages in northern of Tia...
متن کاملMicrobiota from Litopenaeus vannamei: digestive tract microbial community of Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei)
Bacteria capable of producing different extracellular enzymes of potential relevance in digestive processes were isolated from the stomach, hepatopancreas and intestine of Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei. A total of 64 strains with proteolytic activity were isolated and grouped into 16 clusters based on morphological characteristics: 4 groups were isolated from the intestine; 5 from t...
متن کاملEnhanced Cellular Immunity in Shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) after ‘Vaccination’
It has long been viewed that invertebrates rely exclusively upon a wide variety of innate mechanisms for protection from disease and parasite invasion and lack any specific acquired immune mechanisms comparable to those of vertebrates. Recent findings, however, suggest certain invertebrates may be able to mount some form of specific immunity, termed 'specific immune priming', although the mecha...
متن کاملSNPs of hemocyanin C-terminal fragment in shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei.
In this study, we identified a variable region in the C-terminus of hemocyanin from the shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei (2288-2503bp, HcSC) by sequence alignments. A total of 13 SNPs were identified by PCR-SSCP and HcSC clone sequencing. The SSCP patterns of HcSC could be modulated in Vibro parahaemolyticus-treated shrimps. A novel SSCP band with four SNP sites was identified in V. parahaemolyticus...
